She stands out for her practical and comprehensive assessment in personnel transfers, corporate restructures, subcontracting and outsourcing, homologation of employment benefits, employee investigations, terminations of top executives, treatment for expatriates and other general matters. She provides constant counseling to companies that start their operations in Mexico, helping them to design benefit plans, work policies and codes of conduct, employment contracts, stock and incentive awards programs as well as the correct treatment of independent contractors.
