Our History
After years of collaboration and in benefit of our clients, Monsalvo Abogados and Duclaud Law decided to merge their talents to consolidate the utmost specialized Labor and Social Security Firm in Mexico.
For more than 40 years, Monsalvo Abogados was one of the most representative Labor and Employment Law firms in Mexico assessing national and international companies and actively participating as significant scholars in this matter.
Similarly, Duclaud Law was one of the pioneer firms in Social Security Law, with more than 20 years of exceptional experience on this practice.
After a year of transcendental changes in the world’s economy especially for employers in Mexico, Monsalvo Duclaud was incorporated in 2021 with the purpose of providing highly specialized legal advice and counseling to help employers overcome all types of challenges. With a centered approach in our clients and collaborators, along with constant training, we achieve a deep understanding of the world that materializes on a legal assessment of the thoroughest value and quality.
