With more than 20 years of experience, she runs the Labor and Employment Amparo Practice of the Firm with defense strategies in complex labor trials. She assertively conducts all amparo proceedings, closing arguments, memorandums, as well as all the legal remedies provided by the Amparo Law. She manages all lobbying needed with the Courts of Appeals, Circuit Courts and the Supreme Court. She provides specialized judicial precedent assessment.

• Professor of the Labor and Employment Amparo Course, at Universidad Panamericana.
• Professor of the Labor and Employment Amparo Course at Instituto de Posgrado en Derecho.
• Due to her litigation skills, she has been able to create new case-law benefiting management and employers related with the possibility of not incorporating stock awards as part of executives’ salaries.
