With over 25 years of experience, she leads the labor amparo litigation practice at the Firm, designing defense strategies for complex labor amparo cases. She heads the advisory, preparation, follow-up, and lobbying for amparo cases and appeals under the Amparo Law in connection with the Federal Labor Law. Her specialized practice is known for its innovative approach to successfully resolving cases before District Courts, Circuit Collegiate Courts, and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. Professor Monsalvo has taught at various universities and currently serves as the Coordinator of the Ethics Committee of the Mexican Bar Association.
